Internally ensure ........
- clutter is removed
- dishes have been washed and stored away
- carpets and floors are clean
- walls, ceilings and windows are clean
- beds are made
- curtains and blinds are open
- patch cracks
- replace broken glass
- remove all odours
- furniture is rearranged for an open space appearance
Externally ensure .......
- lawns are mown and edges clipped
- gutters are clear and clean
- paths are swept
- house walls and windows are clean
- trees trimmed and gardens weeded
- clothes removed from clothes line
- plant flowers for colour
- To improve on your homes presentation ask for an outside opinion,
- such as your real estate agent, and get them to walk through your house objectively as a buyer would.
